Below are the terms and conditions under which the users (“user” or “users” or “members” or “you”) are allowed to use AstroNupur.com (“our” or “ours” or “Astrologer Nupur” or “website”) services.

AstroNupur.com is an astrological service platform. It also serves astrological and educational content under the blog section and specific pages. With this content, AstronNupur.com also serves reports, data, products, and online consultation (email, telephonic, and video calling). Except for the content published on the website, all other services are paid. To avail our services, you need to provide us with certain data which needs to be accurate and complete. It includes personal information including date of birth, time of birth, place of birth, phone number, email ID, and family details. You agree to share all these details which can be further used for analysis purpose and horoscope generation for a specific individual.
Also, AstroNupur.com has a lot of content which are either sourced, researched, or modified from other sources. You agree to consume the same on your personal intent and liability.
Content Rights
You agree that any form of content on the website including researches, blogs, text, logo, videos, images, photographs, digital graphics, software, user collected data, and music are the legal property of AstroNupur.com. No one is allowed to use it in its original, edited, partly edited and remoulded forms.
Refund and Cancellation
Refund for any service will be approved and initiated only if user mails us on astrologernupur@gmail.com within 2 hrs of payment. The refund process will be barred after 2 hrs of payment.
- If you have given the wrong data, you should mail us the correct data within 1 hour of payment. After 1 hour, the provided data will be considered final.
- If a report is prepared using the wrong data, we will not be liable for the loss. Analyzing the report again will be considered as a new project and will be accordingly charged.
- Refunds will be made within 7 business days from the time of cancellation. However, it is subject to bank norms and the time taken by the bank for processing will prevail here.
- For the double payment made by you by mistake, one payment will be refunded. However, it may take time as described above.
- Transaction charges will be deducted while refunding the amount.
Guarantee and Warranty
Astrological analysis are based on the movement of celestial object and it is counted as a prediction science. We provide you with the prediction of your birth using our years of experience, researches, learning, and observations. However, we hold no responsibility for anything in the astrological reports, predictions, suggestions, or remedies prescribed/generated by us. Also, if you didn’t like the services availed by you, no refund will be made for the same.
Indemnification
User agrees to hold AstroNupur.com and its parent, subsidiaries, directors, affiliates, consultants, astrologers, officers, agents, and employees harmless, indemnify and protected against any liabilities, claims, costs, and damages arising from the services availed by you. Terms and Conditions of AstroNupur.com will be in favour of benefits for its current owners, successors, and licensees.
